Some experts believe that it is better for children to begin learning a foreign language at primary school rather than secondary school. Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?

I think that learning a foreign laguage at a young age is very important. Most adults have fear of foreign language because they started very late. If children started learning early, they can speak and write using the language like a mother tongue and learning it will not be that hard. I think that learning a foreign language is not as important to natives. For them they should spend more time to learn the native language, and children will be given an option to learn the a foreign language when they have spare time. If children do not, then children should at least focus on learning and improving their usage of their own language. In order for a person to improve in using foreign language, it should be given much importance. Learning tools such as music, animation, and movies which is written and published in a foreign language can help everyone in learning the language gradually, naturally, and smoothly.
