Good morning to everyone. My name is kyung eun Hwang, and I'm the senior engineer at Smart Town department at Samsung SDS. I very much appreciate this opportunity to provide you a brief presentation on the hospitality and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) implication.In the past, ICT had mainly used for the operation purpose in hospitality industry so that customer's satisfaction were not counted. These days, However, the customer's satisfaction became the key factor to evaluate in hospitality industry. Therefore the advice from the ICT consultant became necessary to response the rapidly changing customer's needs.
