| 내용 | One of the most memorable projects I worked on is Mobile Logistics Project. Our Goal was to build logistics platform using mobile interent, smart phone and web-based map. At that time, Mobile logistics business using smart phone was so innovative that there was no reference sites. So, We had to go through several issues from business planning to technology issues. I was in charge of developing logistics monitoring system. The project lasted 1 year. We had to work late many nights. In early stage, we went through trial and error. Finally, we developed the system and tried to introduce our business to customers Many customers were moved by our services, but hesitated to accept our business. Eventually, we succeed to make technical system but failed to gain financial goal. I realized that important thing in business was sales and marketing as well as technology. It was a great experience to me. I would never forget the project. |
